These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any yoga, fitness, wellness, and related products offered for sale here (the "Products"). By browsing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are ordering on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

We aim to describe our Products as accurately as possible, including materials, sizing, and intended use. Minor variations in specification may occur between Product batches. Any weights, dimensions, and capacities stated are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product photography is intended to represent our Products as closely as possible. However, actual colour, texture, and finish may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen due to display calibration, lighting, photography conditions, and natural material variation. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are correct at the time of publication, but we reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed. If a Product's price changes between the time you place an order and the time it is confirmed, we will contact you before processing the order at the incorrect price. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but if a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) at the rate in force in the Republic of Serbia. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order, so you always know the total cost in advance.

Placing an order through the checkout process constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Products subject to these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing your order, including Product selection, quantities, pricing, and delivery details, before submitting payment.

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not itself constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us for the sale of a Product is only formed once we send (or make available) a separate confirmation that the Product has been dispatched, or once payment has been successfully processed and the order accepted, whichever we communicate to you.

We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where legally permitted, for example where a Product is unavailable, where we identify a pricing or listing error, where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms, or where delivery to your location is not possible. Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount using the original payment method.

We accept payment by the methods presented to you at checkout, which may include Visa and Mastercard payment cards and other payment options enabled from time to time. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Card payments are processed through our checkout's secure, encrypted payment channel and the relevant acquiring bank. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting a card payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and that there are sufficient funds or credit available to cover the cost of your order.

We will arrange for Products to be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times shown on the website or in order confirmations are indicative and not guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated as such. Shipping is free on every order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery within Serbia typically takes 2–4 business days.

Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, transport disruptions, severe weather, or events of force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay and to keep you updated on the expected delivery date.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or out-of-date information that you provided.

Risk in a Product passes to you at the point of delivery to the address provided. Ownership of a Product passes to you once we have received payment in full, including any applicable delivery charges.

Full details of your return and refund rights, including the applicable return window, condition requirements, and how to start a return, are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds for card payments are returned only to the original Visa or Mastercard used for the purchase, as described in that policy.

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below or in our Returns & Refund Policy. Defective Products are covered by the statutory conformity warranty of 2 years available under Serbian consumer law, a separate right independent of our voluntary 30-day return window. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as required by that statutory right, rather than at our discretion.

Certain categories of Product, such as gift cards, clearly marked final-sale items, and hygiene-sensitive personal-care items once opened or used, cannot be returned once opened or unsealed for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, except where the Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. These categories are listed in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Where we sell hygiene-sensitive personal-care Products, opened or used units are non-returnable other than in cases of defect, damage, contamination, or incorrect supply, for the protection of all our customers. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

You are responsible for using our Products in accordance with any instructions, labelling, and warnings provided, and for assessing your own suitability for any physical activity, exercise, or use of our fitness or yoga equipment. Stop use and seek advice from a qualified professional if you experience discomfort, an adverse reaction, or are unsure whether a Product is suitable for you.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software, is owned by or licensed to Muscle Beach doo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

We aim to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw access to all or part of the website for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the website's normal operation, to submit false or fraudulent orders, or to infringe the rights of Muscle Beach doo or any third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muscle Beach doo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the Products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Serbian consumer protection law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or defective products where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us may be brought before the competent court as determined under Serbian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your own place of residence or to pursue out-of-court consumer dispute resolution where available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or website functionality. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms were last updated on 16 July 2026 and apply to all orders placed from that date onward.
