How and when will my order arrive?
YogaFlow currently ships only within Serbia, with free delivery. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and expected delivery is 2–4 business days from dispatch. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with delivery information. Timelines are indicative and may vary due to holidays, force majeure, courier operations, or inaccurate delivery details.
Can I return a product?
You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To begin the process, send a clear withdrawal statement and your order details to the address listed in the current Refund Policy. For a withdrawal without reason, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. See the Refund Policy for full conditions, refund timelines, and the complaint procedure.
Where is a product made?
Country of manufacture depends on the brand and the specific model. When verified, this information is included in the product description or specifications. If origin is an important buying criterion, contact us before placing an order so we can verify the specific item.
How should I clean my yoga mat or accessory?
Different materials require different care, so we do not recommend one cleaning product across the full catalogue. Check the Care & Storage section on the product page and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for that product. Do not use harsh cleaners, machine washing, or soaking unless they are explicitly permitted for the item.
How should I store my yoga mat?
Store your mat only once it is completely dry, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. The correct way to roll or fold it depends on the material, so follow the care instructions on the specific product page.
